Cynthia H. Miller is the founding partner of the Miller Williams Law Group. Cynthia is originally from New York City, although she lived in Tours, France before attending Long Island University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and Education.
After college, Cynthia enrolled in the University of Georgia’s Law school earning a Juris Doctor degree. Upon graduation, Cynthia was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY and later she worked as Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of New York in their Worker’s Compensation Division. After permanently relocating to Georgia, Cynthia became a legal associate in a mid-sized firm that specialized in personal injury and medical malpractice law. She brings her expertise from each of these areas to the service of her current clients.
In 1999, Cynthia formed Miller and Associates in Hapeville, Georgia which became the Miller Williams Law Group in 2017. Cynthia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Georgia as well as in both state and federal courts.
Prior to practicing law, Cynthia taught in an adult literacy program, and worked as a teacher of English as a second language. Later, she taught as an adjunct college lecturer. Because of her love of learning, she founded and operated a child care center for many years.
In her spare time Cynthia loves to travel with the love of her life, Elliott, and has visited many
countries in the last several years. She is the proud mother of two adult children, RJ, and her law partner, Melanie. She is also the grandmother of three girls.
